A quick post to let you know that I  just won the FWT Qualifier in Kanin, Slovenia.

Snow conditions were pretty hard, but I managed to ride my line and stand on my feet =)

The Infracomb are killin’ it !! Once again, I’m so STOKED !! 3rd comp, 3rd podium !!

Hi all,

A quick update from the Freeride World Qualifier “El Dorado Freeride” in Andorra. After beeing 3rd last year, I just sticked to my line and won the 2010’s edition. Second comp, second podium & only one word to resume the situation (= STOKED =) !! Check out the little edit of the Finals run !!

Mati finished 2nd at the Engadin Snow Freeride, only 0,2 points to win !!

After being thru the qualification, I just had one objective: Get down Corvatch on a solid a fluid run.

Things are done =) With more than 6 cliffs and a full speed run, I ended up with a big smile, proving I sticked my line as I wanted to do it.

A victory on the Slopestyle, a 2nd place at the Freeride, that was a big weekend for the Amplid Cartel down in Engadin.

Winter keeps going, y que viva el Amplid Research Cartel !!

Here is a little resume of what happens for the future of skiing:

The Red Bull LineCatcher.

Pimp a freeride face with kickers, use naturals features, everything is accepted as soon as you throw tricks into your run!

Candide won for his come back into comps, and I ended up 9th with  big big names of the Freeski on the startlist!

Everybody really enjoyed the perfects conditions in Vars, Fr.

I’m now shooting some big prods, such as PBP or SVP   ;)

A quick one to present you the RedBull Line Catcher 2010, in Vars, FR. I confirmed my participation to this event, and wanted to present you the concept. “Send some tricks in the middle of a Big Mountain venue” … Easy, isn’t it ??? A lil overview of the Lippi Freestyle Comp, which is THE biggest comp in South America, in El COlorado, Chile. More than 130 riders on the starting list. The less we can say is that I was hungry and out of money… I had to earn some of the 1 million pesos of Price money….I finished 2nd pulling out a Switch 9.100 000 pesos in the pocket, I can go on my trip in South AMerica!!

That was my first Big Air contest since at list 6 years … ;-)

Hi All, A quick one to let you I came 5th in Red Bull Line Catcher in La Plagne, a few days ago.

A pretty satisfying result when you see the start list!!

The first comp mixing Freeride & Freestyle Backcountry. 10 kickers on 1 montain, 12 riders worldwide and a great concept.

El Dorado Freeride Event 2009 from eldoradofreeride on Vimeo.

Watch A.R.C. rider Mati Imbert and buddy Laurent riding some of the highest powder of the world.

Perfect snowconditions, awesome face, good crowds, and some gnarly lines during the Eldorado Freeride Event in Boi Taüll/Vallnord in the Pyrenees. A.R.C rider Matti Imbert and his Cholesterone ended up 3rd after a very nice and technical line. His buddies on the podium: J.M. Goudin on 2nd and Tato Vasiuk on1st place.

Amplid is were the powder is. Congrats to Matti and thanks Fernando for supporting a great event.
